Meiko's House of the Geisha Stage Set

Well, Meiko finally got her stage set ...

Back during the Tokugawa period in Japanese history, Edo (Tokyo) was famous for its' Geisha Houses. These were not brothels, but places for "cultured entertainment". Geisha women were meticulously trained from an early age to become accomplished in their art - a practice that still persists to this day in Modern Japan.

Anyway, some of the motifs from those Houses, mixed in with "Noh" stages and other traditional Japanese stage designs forms the basis for this set. It can be used in 3 configurations:

Minimalist (basic set up)
Indoors (as a room)
Outdoors (as a performance platform)

Easy to set up and comes with illustrated instructions.
