I took down the old star dome awhile back but a newer (better) version is included with this stage: MMD Pulse Star Stage by Trackdancer

Im new at all this can you help me out with the hair texture and making a full model by just using a base by scratch im trying to add clothes on this model and its not working right

For questions like these it is best to ask for information from those who focus on this aspect of MMD. I suggest you might want to join a group like MMD-Creators 

There are also plenty of tutorials around addressing exactly these issues that you might want to look up.

If you're actually looking for someone to do the model for you, there are some MMDers around that accept commissions of this type.

There's no easy answer to that question. It requires some planning to get it right. Best to look at existing motions that do this to see how it's done.
