Haku realized that she should have known that, when Luka offered to pay for her drinks the previous night, the price tag the following day would be rather high.

So instead of sleeping off her last night's excessive drinking binge until noon; she found herself bundled off at an ungodly hour to a photographer's studio where helpful assistants (under Luka's watchful supervision) dressed her in clothing that hid nothing from the imagination. Then she was ushered into a place where for sure she felt the lights were way too bright.

"It's an interesting dilemma", she thought to herself. "Half of me is starved to death and the other half of me wants to throw up. Wonder if I'm pregnant or something?"

The only good point, she thought, was that the photographer specifically asked her not to smile. Because if she did, she knew she wouldn't be able to hold in the contents of her stomach.

"Honey, now work with me", she seems to have heard the photographer say. "Just bend those hips a little more for me ... that's right, looking good ... just hold it there".

"Hard to do when you don't have full motor control over your own muscles", Haku thought.

"Now let's get some 'Sexy' here".

"Not sure what you mean by that ..." she thinks to herself, but somehow manages to move certain parts of her anatomy in a manner that seemed to cause the whole room to drop into almost total silence.

"Thank goodness, they shut up, as on top of everything else I have a goddamn headache", she thinks to herself. "Gosh, just about now I sure can do with another drink ..."
