Description

VOCALOID SYSTEMS VMD SPECTRUM ANALYZER STAGE

Well, this is a bit embarrassing but how this all started was that people keep asking me how to use the VMD Spectrum software and for a long time I've simply pointed people to the definitive tutorial on the subject matter by AddestorionVayanis.  Well, after awhile it became a bit tiresome and there wasn't really anywhere to peg a permanent link so I thought: "what the heck", I can just make a tutorial on basically the same thing and leave it in my Tutorials gallery and be done with it.

But, I didn't just want to duplicate the information found in the original tutorial so in the interest of being totally self-serving, I wrote it up specifically on how to use the software for preparing data for use on my stages. But the thing is that any tutorial on this application needs a model to work with as it's a "visual thing", so I decided to build one ... sigh ... and as usual I ended up building a lot more than I intended to and so it ended up as shown above. And honestly, when I first played with it, it's pretty darn neat.

So here it is, a simple Plug N' Play stage with full support for the VMD Spectrum software bundled together with the tutorial and illustrated set up instructions. As for the VMD Software itself, you'll find it hosted on Bowlroll under in it's author's catalog (ArcticP)(link given below).

Credits are documented in full inside the package so I won't relist them here.

To all those saying this model does not work on Windows 10:

PLEASE NOTE: This solution worked FOR ME (Windows 10 21H2), I don't guarantee it will work for everyone. Found and install DIRECT X 9: that sould fit all your problems!

Another question: To me it seems you don't mention about Reskinnig/Modifying this model. Is it permitted?
