MMD VS Multi-Mode Billboard

Thanks to *GlitterKiraPika who pointed out how it is possible to make a facial that remaps to another part of a texture map, I was able to make this rather nifty animated billboard for MMD. The version shown here was made for ~GM34's YouTube channel, and many thanks to him for providing the logos.

Basically this billboard can:

1. Cycle through three different logos or alternatively, with a different graphic it can scroll through an image three times the size of the billboard display.

2. The foreground image, the logos in this case, can be faded to reveal either a motion capture screen or alternatively, a colored background.

3. You can even tint the background color of the motion capture screen if desired.

The image above shows some of the possible permutations. For a relatively simple model, it's got a lot of creative possibilities. This version of the billboard is private, but if there is sufficient interest, I can make a general release version available. Note also, that although this version only allows the image to scroll up/down, it is also possible to make a version that scrolls from left to right.

This is a PMX model with 5 sliders to control the display characteristics. The motion capture screen, due to the limitations of MMD has to be loaded as a separate x-file and attached to the model. The main display area of the billboard conforms to a standard US billboard size and measures 48 feet wide x 14 feet high. It's built like a highway billboard and it will be easy to add a pylon to the rig and lift it off the ground.
