Description

Note
When you turn OFF the IK bones, these bones no longer affect the parts to which they are weighted. You will need to use the remaining functional bones to get the leg into the desired position. But turning IKs OFF helps avoid the problem of limbs twisting at unnatural angles.

Great advice, many thanks for your hard work! Now, if I don't bother you, would you please tell me why we cannot use IK chains when doing these kind of poses? I mean, armature bones - the ones recognized by flying circles, as I like to call them - can only move so much with their limitations, as they only rotate without moving across the 3D space, whereas IK bones can move at their will. With these privileges, why are IK bone bad?
