MMD Sento Isuzu

Believe it or not this started out as a modeling project. I was trying to build a surfboard for some reason, I forgot why. Well anyway, I messed up on the surfboard but Sento's pose came out pretty good.

The model has a very interesting bone structure that I didn't notice on the fully clothed version of this character. It has a series of 'master' bones that controls subsets of other bones - similar to the Tda waist bone. But on the Sento model it controls the upper torso, neck/head and arms. Kind of like an IK system and takes some getting used to but you've got a handle on them you can use them to create some really lifelike poses/positions by accessing simply a single bone. It's a nice system. I like it even though it can be a wee fiddly at first.

Well still have to build that stupid surfboard; hard to do them just from memory, will just have to go find some picture references ... sigh
