Description

This is a WIP by *HandofCreation0 who has kindly allowed me to give it a quick look over. Since this is a WIP, I will get straight to the point and depart slightly from the format of my normal reviews, since things can be or are changing.

Appearance:
On all counts, especially the all important initial impression, this is a stunning and attractive model. She pulls you in demanding your full attention.

Construction:
First class workmanship. Still has some rough edges on the functional side but that's to be expected for a WIP. Slightly "iffy" around the collar, but not particular noticeable.

MMD physics and motion Test:
[1] Nothing falls off.
[2] Dance Test:
Overall moves as smooth as silk. Very elegant performance but ...
-- that hair is too stiff because the way the physics are rigged. It's acceptable and can be 'lightened' by tweaking the gravity settings. You probably don't want to do it for ver. 1.0, but maybe for 2.0 you might want to get away from the overlapping physics components and take some of the stiffness out by giving the physics some more room to rotate.
-- skirt can derp slightly in some stances, but within acceptable tolerances. MMD isn't perfect.
-- heel / foot / toes rigging is sound.
(motion: Freely Tommorrow)
[3] Singing Performance Test:
Friggin awesome, pardon by French. And you know what I'm thinking ... those facials and eyes are godly. She can do close up shots easy as pie (see below though).
(motion: Kimi Ni Todoke)
[4] MME Test
- I tried both model versions provided
- Auto-load MME version worked fine
- Materials listed properly in my MME interface. Why are her panties at the top of the list? .. Just asking.
MME used - as supplied and S5 SkinShader. Self shadow worked fine. Image up top shows the auto-load version with the two effect noted here. Lighting used - default.
[5] Issues (physics)
-- front locks (hair) has a tendency to cut into her face. Bit obvious in close ups. Probably need either to make the head physics bigger, move it or add another piece of physics to prevent this.
-- tie tends to twitch a lot - but this can be hidden with a facial. Still you might want to look at it.
-- big ball physics above head towards the back ... intentional?

Labeling / UI enhancements:
[1] Very well done so far.
[2] Groups nicely organized.
[3] Consider renaming the "closed" facial, "blink" as that's more conventional.
[4] Center bone is listed twice in it's sub-group.

PMD Inspection:
[A] Bones - looks fine.
- center bone isn't connected to it's tail bone.
- some residial orphan tails around the leg area.
[B] Facials - no problems discernable. (Did not test all).
[C] Groups - no comment at this point as this is still being processed.
[D] Physics - about 154 physics - very tolerable and noted that the skirt accounted for the bulk.
[E] Joints - there's a sting of joints of dubious value running parallel to the twin-tails. I think you mentioned that you had problems eliminating these. Point is, if you can, fine. If you can't, the model is already very resource efficient, so the less than a dozen or so of these joints will have a negligible effect on performance. Fine to leave them, not really worth fussing too much about.
[F] Load screen looks fine.

Overall:
Very impressive piece of work.

Review per request of the modeler/editor.
- model is intended for Limited Distribution. See editor's page for details and absolutely do not ask me for a copy.
- please do not request reviews for WIPs. This was a one off exception for a long time supporter of my own work.

...I always look for white haired miku's but they are never for distribution...a tragedy for me.
